MHC Staff chili recipes are a favorite with the veterans!
Veterans Day Lunch at MHC Every year MHC staff serves a free lunch to over one hundred veterans in gratitude for their service and sacrifice. MHC employees and local businesses make or donate food, beverages and door prizes.
On a cold, wet day in December 2007, many homeless individuals came to MHC's HUB facility to enjoy hot drinks, snacks and holiday stockings containing winter essentials like gloves and warm socks. MHC staff were in attendance to help spread holiday cheer and even Santa stopped by to hand out gifts!
Last year's donors and volunteers were fantastic!

Cinco de Mayo parking lot fiesta! Staff and volunteers serve up Mexican style food at MHC's HUB facility on 27th St. Every year, hundreds of area homeless people enjoy this festive get-together. Carmen Gonzales, MHC's P.A.T.H. team-lead, shares her delicious family recipes and her boundless enthusiasm with all who attend. click for Path Team info:
